"Our Self Care gratitude Journals comes with a routine to imbibe with, a daily practice of gratitude and affirmations and a self check regime. It has questions printed in it, which we need to fill daily in the morning and before sleeping. Being a very negative person previously, I found my way to positivity through gratitude journaling. A friend of mine noticed the negative self-talk I used to do. He suggested that I start writing daily, about at least 3 things I'm grateful for. I started practising gratitude and noticed the changes within me. I was no more the complaining person I used to be and started appreciating the good around and within me. Not only that, but I thought to spread the benefits to others as well, so in Dec 2020, I founded scripted happiness and the mission is to impact lives and spread scripted happiness and positivity to as many people as possible. Also, I plant trees after every batch of production, by associating with schools, municipal bodies and social workers, because I believe in giving back to nature.!! Scripted Happiness is a young and innovative wellness brand wherein we cater to gifting through self-growth products. Our gratitude journals help to boost self-growth and positive thoughts, reducing stress and feeling content throughout the day. As a practice of mindfulness, gratitude journaling has plenty of benefits for improving mental well-being. It's about taking out 5 minutes for yourself daily and writing happy thoughts in a given printed template.
