Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Return and Exchange

We understand that the decision to return a product is taken due to compelling reasons.

However, we would like to bring to your notice that these product(s) are from suppliers who are small scale homepreneurs, making them at home with limited means. Thus, we do not offer a no question-based Return or exchange on any product (unless the same is provided by the seller in his/her individual capacity).

In order to place a return/exchange request, please write to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product. You email must contain your order number, detailed description of the nature of concern, and relevant pictures (in case the product is damaged or different from what was ordered).

Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will contact you for the next steps.

Please Note:
  • No return and exchange Is applicable on made to order, customized or personalised products.
  • All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
  • Return and exchange is not applicable for products that belong to specific categories like inner wear (lingerie, swimwear, nappies etc.), food and drink, or any other product that is fragile, perishable or may have a hygiene related issues.
  • The Buyers shall keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.
  • The Buyers/Customers must not consume, replace, alter or damage any of food products and shall be returned in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.
  • In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address. During pick-up, your product will be checked for the multiple conditioning checks. The field officer may refuse to accept the return if the product fails any of the Conditioning check.
  • In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given. Please note that Shipping and Handling Fee, and COD convenience fee are non-refundable.
  • Processing the return and refund will be completed after the complete investigation and verification by the Gharobaar Personnel and will remain the sole discretion of Gharobaar.
Cancellation Policy

For Ready stock products, the order can be canceled if the same has not been dispatched by the seller.

For made to order products, no cancellation is possible unless:

  • 1. Order has not been accepted by the seller in the 2-working hours acceptance window.
  • 2. Order has not been dispatched by the seller by the committed dispatch date.

For avoidance of any dispute kindly acknowledge the receipt of your product at the time of delivery and if the packaging appears to be or is tampered with or open etc please make a mention about it on the acknowledgment receipt and also immediately provide us with your comments/ feedback preferably with pictures for us to initiate appropriate action after investigation/enquiry at our level. Note that it would not be possible for us to accept your claim for return/ exchange/ refund on the grounds of tampering/ open packaging etc at a later stage if the same is not mentioned by you in the first instance as mentioned above.
